Training for plumbers

Availability of technical information provided by the manufacturer is absolutely necessary for quality bathroom design and execution, as well as professional counselling provided to customers. That is why our LAUFEN CZ Training and Information Centre in our Znojmo factory has provided professional training (for plumbers, business partners, planners, etc.) for many years.

Hundreds of professionals take part in these training programmes every year. The Centre provides training modules adapted to various groups, with special focus on technical information, sales benefits, utility value of our products, etc. Trained professionals may employ this newly acquired knowledge to work with all products from LAUFEN CZ portfolio, i.e. JIKA, LAUFEN and ROCA products. Schooling for professional planners and designers, business partners, plumbers and other professionals is tailored to individual customer needs.
