What's new in the JIKA faucets portofolio

When choosing a faucet, environmental friendliness and sustainability play important roles, as does saving money.

Join us in discovering new innovations in technology and water saving, but also new design trends in black.

AERATOR AS STANDARD

Nowadays, an aerator as part of a faucet should not be anything exceptional. It aerates the water stream in washbasin faucets, thereby reducing the flow rate. In addition, it offers the possibility to modify the direction of flow. The reduction in the costs of water, without compromising user comfort, will be appreciated by all households.

COLD START = ENERGY SAVINGS

The Cold Start function has been designed to help you save. It works on the principle that only cold water starts to run when the faucet lever is in the middle position. To activate the hot water, the user is forced to move the lever to the left. As opening the water supply from the starting position in the middle is the most common way of running water, this ensures that no hot water is used at all during a quick hand rinse. The fact is that if you rinse your hands briefly after using the toilet, for example, the hot water does not have time to reach the spout and, as a result, energy to heat it is not unnecessarily wasted. You can now choose between a classic tap or one from the JIKA faucets collection with Cold Start function.

Cold Start technology guarantees 45% energy savings compared to traditional faucets. Based on annual savings for 4 people: 2 minutes per day for brushing teeth and hand washing 5 times a day

DESIGN IS ALSO KEY

Modern faucets should also meet aesthetic criteria. In recent years, we have become used to being able to choose from a wide variety of faucet shapes. However, JIKA now also offers color design variations. For example, matt black is increasingly trendy, which has the advantage that it complements the traditional chrome range.

JIKA TIPS

This year saw the launch of the new Mio series, which includes faucets in matt black. The velvety soft surface is not only pleasant to the touch, but also enhances the overall elegant design. In addition to its appearance, the faucet also benefits from modern water-saving technologies. The faucet features a high-quality ceramic cartridge and an energy-saving aerator with a flow rate of 5 litres per minute. It also comes with the Cold Start function, which allows only cold water to flow when the lever is opened in the middle position.

When choosing a black faucet, it is also good to think about coordinating it with other bathroom fittings in the same style and color. The Mio collection gives you the opportunity to do exactly that with a matching soap holder, toilet roll holder, towel hook, and much more.
