Mio Washbasin Bowl Vanity Units and Countertops
Mio bathroom collection now includes new furniture solutions that are a perfect match for all standard washbasin bowls while offering generous storage space.
Washbasin bowl vanity units are available at two widths (61 and 76 cm) with two drawers in both variants. These are equipped with practical push-to-open system. Furniture is available either in traditional white with glossy front surfaces, or with a wooden décor of ash-tree featuring the texture and depth of genuine solid wood.
Vanity units must be combined with a countertop, either with a cut-out for a washbasin bowl, or without a cut-out. Washbasin bowl countertops without a cut-out will find ideal use as a storage shelf.
Nicely generous shelf and storage space can be achieved by placing two vanity units side by side. Large surface next to the washbasin bowl will find practical use, while four drawers provide generous capacity for all the necessities, including towels and hair drier, for example.
The washtops have an HPL surface = hardened laminate.
The HPL surface ensures:
1) maximum scratch resistance
2) maximum moisture resistance
3) thanks to the HPL thickness of 0.8 mm, it creates a strong and compact join with the ABS edge
4) The ABS edge ensures high mechanical resistance of the furniture edge and is also highly aesthetic
5) ABS edges are glued with PUR adhesive
Tested by continuous soaking in water. After 30 days, the test sample and the edge joints showed no evidence of water disturbance.
The washtop and vanity cabinet solution is suitable for all common washbasin bowls.
Deep by Jika Washbasin with Furniture Sets
Besides solitary furniture pieces with rounded corners, Deep by Jika series now includes trendy bathroom sets of washbasins combined with furniture. These sets are offered in three widths: 55, 65 and 80 cm. Furniture is offered in two colour versions, either in traditional white with semi-gloss front surfaces and LTD body, or with a wooden décor of ash-tree.
The trendy washbasin provides for easy installation by gluing to furniture with silicone material with no need to drill holes in the wall. The cabinet is equipped with a wall-hung fitting system with 3D adjustment feature to provide for ideal position setting at the wall. Drawers feature Hettich runners with a soft-close and self-closing mechanism. There is a standard siphon cut-out at the top drawer.
Besides washbasins combined with furniture, there is also a new variant of this set with a tall cabinet.
