Following its presentation at the international ISH trade show in Frankfurt, Laufen CZ, which represents the Laufen, Roca and Jika brands, introduced new items made of the unique SaphirKeramik material, specially surfaced ceramics and the rimless technology, a toilet without a rinsing ring.

Special Jika laboratory

For the first time, the Jika brand set up a unique laboratory for its visitors in which it demonstrated how individual products work. On display were examples of product installations, functional products and a wealth of product options from the complete assortment of JIKA bathroom products. Regular instructional presentations were held at the booth, along with practical demonstrations.

Innovation Attracts

The Laufen CZ exhibit was divided into two parts. In the Laufen section, visitors were introduced to the innovative material SaphirKeramik, backed by the Swiss brand. SaphirKeramik has been opening new creative horizons for designers for several years now, providing them with absolute freedom in experimentation and innovation. The latest VAL collection came about under the direction of renowned Munich designer, Kontantin Grcic, and  impresses with its perfection and attractiveness. One of its typical characteristics is the gently rounded sink corners, and a freestanding, oval bathtub, cast from a single mold. In contrast, French designer Toan Nguyen stunned with his INO collection, with a fresh new approach to the classic forms in bathroom furnishings. Also on display was the dominant of the entire collection – a unique sink that, together with a cabinet and surface for toiletries, is made from a single piece.
